Trouble Shooting Guidelines

If you encounter some difficulty with the product, we wish to offer the videos located at the link below as an amazing resource. We find that most issues may be resolved by simple adjustments demonstrated in our collection of videos. Many new users to the sport of Airsoft will find our video bank most useful and educational. We have gone to great lengths to create this educational resource for players and we hope you find it helpful.

RMA (Return of Merchandise Policy)

Please read below for your return policy. You must have an RMA number to return merchandise, so please fill out our form at Request a RMA. Be sure to attach any photos or videos that help illustrate that the item has not been damaged while in your possession. After you receive your RMA number you must return items to within 45 days or less.

In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

  1. IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to FedEx shipping location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then call us so we can file a claim with FedEx. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by FedEx.
  2. KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork. Don't throw anything away. They are required items for all warranty issues.
  3. READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warranty. Note not all items come with instruction.
  4. START SLOWLY: Take your time to get familiar with the items to prevent accidental damage.



To receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number you must go email If you are requesting an RMA# for multiple items on an order, please include them all in your email. After submitting the request you will be contacted within 24 hours via email. Mail all returns to 28904 Avenue Paine, Valencia, CA 91355. You must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect within 45 days of receipt. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to process a return after it is received. You will be contacted via email as soon as the return has been processed.
Please Note: Consumables such as BBs, Gas, and Smoke Grenades are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.


Unopened items must be returned within 45 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. We accept returns for refunds on new, unopened, unused items. Refunds do not include shipping and handling. There will be an additional 20% restocking fee charged to any item returned for a refund. The restocking fee does not apply for an Exchange. Replacement orders are not eligible for refunds. Open items that are defective are returnable for a replacement, a repair, or an in-store credit (expires after 6 months).
Defective Items

Many of our items are covered by a manufacturer warranty; therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only. The following is a list of Manufacturers that may be contacted directly for warranty service. All other products are under warranty by

Open items are not returnable for a refund; however they do have a repair or replacement warranty. If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help:

We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you receive a working product as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your item, please do not attempt a chargeback or submit an unfavorable online review. We will work with you to resolve any issues that are the result of a manufacturer defect.

Please Note: Any item that was opened and played with and was in working condition out of the box is NOT considered a defect. If your item has simply stopped working, please call customer service or email for technical support. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will attempt to provide whatever information available to us that may help.

A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Returns for opened items that you have misrepresented as defective are not defective, or returned items with damage caused by you will not receive a refund.

Items that arrived working properly that through no fault of your own or anyone who has used it that have ceased proper function within the first 45 days.

If we warranty the item directly we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item. If we are unable to repair the warranted item and/or do not have the same item available for replacement, we reserve the right to send a similar item in its place.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to us without an RMA# will be refused. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received within 45 days of the RMA issuance. If a refund has been issued, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. A returned item with damage caused by you will receive at most a 20% refund and will immediately be discarded. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you are missing an item from your order. Returned free shipping items and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping cost. If we warranty the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.


Exchange Policy

You MUST have an RMA number to exchange any merchandise.

We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 45 days. Click here to submit a request for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to:, 28904 Avenue Paine, Valencia, CA 91355.
  5. Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
