Many of our items are covered by a manufacturer warranty; therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only. The following is a list of Manufacturers that may be contacted directly for warranty service. All other products are under warranty by AirSplat.com.
Open items are not returnable for a refund; however they do have a repair or replacement warranty. If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help:
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you receive a working product as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your item, please do not attempt a chargeback or submit an unfavorable online review. We will work with you to resolve any issues that are the result of a manufacturer defect.
Please Note: Any item that was opened and played with and was in working condition out of the box is NOT considered a defect. If your item has simply stopped working, please call customer service or email Support@AirSplat.com for technical support. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will attempt to provide whatever information available to us that may help.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Returns for opened items that you have misrepresented as defective are not defective, or returned items with damage caused by you will not receive a refund.
Items that arrived working properly that through no fault of your own or anyone who has used it that have ceased proper function within the first 90 days.
If we warranty the item directly we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item. If we are unable to repair the warranted item and/or do not have the same item available for replacement, we reserve the right to send a similar item in its place.
PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to us without an RMA# will be refused. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance. If a refund has been issued, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. A returned item with damage caused by you will receive at most a 20% refund and will immediately be discarded. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you are missing an item from your order. Returned free shipping items and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping cost. If we warranty the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.
