- All orders are GUARANTEED to ship within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 11AM PST will be shipped the very same day.
- Free Shipping Promotion: To help save you money, we offer free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $89 (with the use of a coupon code). This covers the entire shipping/freight charge portion. A nominal handling, fuel surcharge, and insurance fee of $3.99 will still apply. The free shipping promotion is only good for UPS Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states and has a weight limit for packages up to 50lbs.
- Some orders requiring special care are not guaranteed to process within 24 hours. These orders are as follows:
- PO Box Orders
- Out of stock item orders
- Orders shipping to an alternate address
- Mail orders, wholesale orders, or International orders
- Large $ amount orders that require verification with cc company
- Orders requiring changes such as shipping method correction, item correction, address correction, etc.
- Our shipping charges are calculated live from UPS. This fee is paid directly to UPS. Shipping may be calculated online
through our shopping cart by selecting items and using our Shipping
Calculator located on the View Cart page.
- Total delivery time for your order is a two part process
- Part 1 is Processing Time: This is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when it will leave AirSplat’s warehouse. AirSplat is the only Airsoft retailer to guarantee this time to be 24 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Part 2 is UPS In Transit Time: This time is determined by UPS and is the time it takes the package to leave AirSplat and arrive at your door step. This time takes anywhere from 1-5 Business Days depending on the delivery address and shipping method selected. AirSplat offers Next Day, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select and standard Ground shipping methods. - Delivery Time Calculation and Example:
Order is placed on Saturday. Monday will be the next business day. The order will be processed and handed to UPS on Monday and it will leave the AirSplat facility. This is the end of processing time. In transit time is detailed below:
- Next Day Air shipping method - package will deliver Tuesday
- 2 Day Air shipping method - package will deliver Wednesday
- 3 Day Select shipping method - package will deliver Thursday
- Ground shipping method – package will deliver in 1-5 business days depending on your zone (please reference map above)
- Yellow Zone – package will deliver Tuesday
- Mustard Zone – package will deliver Wednesday
- Green Zone – package will deliver Thursday
- Red Zone – package will deliver Friday
- Orange Zone – package will deliver following Monday.
- A confirmation e-mail with a tracking will be sent once the
package has been shipped. Current shipment status may be checked
with UPS at (800) PICK-UPS or at www.ups.com.
Tracking information is available with UPS 24 hours after package has left The AirSplat warehouse.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, & PayPal through our 256 bit
Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
- We also accept money orders and personal checks. Payments by check or money order will require 7 days to process and clear.
Unfortunately, orders using checks or money orders as payment will not be shipped until the payment clears with the bank, no exceptions. For orders with payment by check or money order, please
proceed through the ordering process until a credit card
is required. Please

- We DO accept International Orders. Please follow directions listed in International Orders.
- Canada: AirSplat is happy to announce we ship to Canada by placing order on our website. You are welcome to use your Canadian Visa / Mastercard or Paypal to complete the purchase. International Money Order made in US Dollars is also accepted, please refer to international order page. All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS depending on which method will get your shipment to you most efficiently. Should you choose to use a form of payment other then your Canadian Visa / MasterCard or PayPal, please refer to our international order page. As an added service, we will TEST ALL GUNS before shipping to ensure that you are receiving a functional gun. This is a FREE SERVICE we offer to all Canadian orders to ensure satisfaction! Please only select items for purchase over 366 FPS. All items under this FPS could potentially be seized by Canadian Customs. For more information, visit our Airsoft Canada page.
- UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses. Orders that have PO Box shipping addresses will be contacted by a Airsplat representative. If AirSplat is unable to reach the customer, the order will be shipped USPS.
- AirSplat does not ship C.O.D.
- For your protection, AirSplat only ships to verified billing addresses. For orders shipping to an address other then the verified billing address, please reference paragraph below.
- Orders with alternate ship to addresses are requested to follow the below procedure. Customers must call their credit card company and notify them of the alternate shipping address. This is becoming standard practice and credit card companies are happy to assist. Once complete, customers must then call AirSplat and place the order by phone only. We apologize for the cumbersome nature of this procedure. Unfortunately in this day and age of internet retailing, identity theft is a common occurrence. This procedure is meant to protect you and your identity and we appreciate working together to achieve this goal. AirSplat’s Fraud Prevention Department checks every order with an alternate shipping address. If the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be automatically ship to the billing address. Thank you!
- Warehouse Pick Up Service is available at our warehouse in Irwindale 91706 (Near LA). To do this, we ask that you please call in advance to speak with a customer service representative to place your order over the phone. They may be reached at (626) 539-3900. Please be sure to state this order is for WAREHOUSE PICK UP! You may schedule a time for pick up with the representative anytime Monday - Friday 10AM to 4PM. Directions will be provided at the time a schedule is confirmed. A handling fee is still applicable. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT WAREHOUSE WITHOUT HAVING PLACED AN ORDER OR SCHEDULED A TIME, without this we may take longer than anticipated to help you. Please understand that due to the nature of some items or promotions, setting up a Will Call Order may not reserve the item for you. Thank you for your interest.
- Purchasers must be 18 or over, or purchasing with parental consent.
- We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity.

- If you wish to cancel an order you just placed, please email our order processing department at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line of the email, please use the following text:
CANCEL ORDER SO# ______ and include your order number.
It is very important to follow this format to help ensure the proper cancellation of your order. Because AirSplat works very quickly to ship out all orders within a 24 hour turnaround time, we do not guarantee your order will be cancelled prior to it being processed and shipped.
