Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours Per Week: 40 (M-F 8:30 – 5:00)
Compensation: $8-$10 / Hour
Job Description:
Handle customer service for customers on a daily basis. Help customers place orders and check on status of orders via phone or email.
Job Duties:
Performs any combination of following and similar clerical tasks: prints orders, prints shipping labels. Proofreads records or forms. Verifies credit card processing or completion of orders. Responds to customers emails regarding processing of order. Sorts and files records. Receives money from customers and deposits money in bank. Addresses envelopes or packages by hand or with word processor. Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands. Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail. Stamps or numbers forms by hand or machine. Copies documents, using office duplicating equipment. Typing speed: 40 wpm - Ability to work in a fast paced, production environment - MUST BE computer literate.

Qualifications:

Hours Per Week: 40 (M-F 8:30 – 5:00)
Compensation: $14 / Hour
Job Description:
Supervise warehouse staff, warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, equipment, and equipment
Job Duties:
Plan and direct the inventory and stock control. Maintain the inventory of supplies and coordinate the replacement and ordering of such. Complete low stock report forms. Work with buyers to maintain inventory.Work closely with the office to carry out warehouse responsibilities and tasks. Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.Evaluate complaints received on equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.Interview all prospective warehouse employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed there.Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel to attain specific goals and measurable results.Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed. Conduct disciplinary action as needed. Recommend dismissal of employees.Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse.Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment as prescribed by law and company policy. Develop, supervise and maintain a safety program for all workers assigned to the warehouse.Supervise the cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials. Develop a cleaning schedule. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing, heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds and over), some stooping, bending and reaching.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma required. Post high school education required. College graduate preferred
-Clear and valid current California Drivers License
-Special Knowledge/Skills:
-Skill in warehousing and issuing of supplies and materials
-Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
-Interpersonal skills documented by reference or evaluations.
-Great time & personnel management skills
-Five years experience in warehouse operations
-Backgrounds in material handling, purchasing, and stock control
