1. AirSplat Marketing Supervisor
Job Title: Internet Marketing Supervisor
City of Job: Irwindale, California
Duration: Long Term
Hours Per Week: 40 (M-F 8:30 – 5:00)
Compensation: $13-$17 / Hour
Job Description:
To develop and spearhead all aspects of the Marketing Department, including social media marketing, email marketing, print and video production, as well as all graphical assets on the website.
Job Duties:
Responsible for supervising and generating leads in advertising, public relations, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO optimization, original video and graphical content creation, website management, graphic design, SEO, and brand management. Experience with writing quality content for blogs and use of Wordpress or similar content creation and publication tools following SEO optimization and best practices. Build and refine overarching email marketing strategy and manage the email campaign process from content creation to reporting, including working with email account managers to ensure strict adherence to deliverability best practices to build landing pages for all campaigns. Stay current on email best practices surrounding performance, social media, etc., and share the learning with the entire marketing team. Review all video content before live publishing onto YouTube and affiliate video sites. Comfort and confidence with: a fast-paced, entrepreneurial/start up style; high visibility, multi-tasking projects; interaction and communication with executive level management. Develop a content marketing strategy for converting leads into qualified prospects and nuturing current customers. Work closely with the Marketing Director to integrate and manage campaigns. Ability to conceptualize programs and projects and tightly manage through to execution. Contact, source, and respond to marketing leads such as team sponsorships, event sponsorships, guest writers, cross promotions with vendors, etc.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented multi-tasker who can seamlessly manage multiple campaigns
- Ability to oversee the projects of 3 or more employees and track their progress, as well as work on longer term projects
- Strong communicator and presenter who is very comfortable interacting within a team environment and cross-functionally across an organization, as well as with senior management
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and customer service
- Microsoft Office including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Online marketing experience and expert knowledge/use of social networks, platforms and applications as a BRAND of fan page for a company, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Blogs, YouTube, Foursquare, Flickr, Instagram, Google+, Yelp, Branded Communities, Spotify, etc
- Knowledge of video for product advertising
- Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, and HTML or similar software desirable to do basic website updates and maintenance. (Be prepared to show examples of websites you have worked on.)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and change priorities on the fly to accommodate additional projects as needed

Job Description:
To purchase and keep inventory in stock by successfully forecasting demand. Place orders at intervals in order to keep inventory in stock at all time.
Job Duties:
Research products, markets, and competitors. Improve, introduce, and modify listings based on current market trends. Sourcing new products and/or researching new sources for existing products.
Develop product strategies and promotional planning. Keep track of competing products and monitor marketing and production efforts. Carry out pricing and profitability analyses and adjust as necessary.
Website maintenance. Maintain and ensure inventory is at correct levels. Candidate should always be looking for ways to improve inventory control and efficiency within departments. Work directly with other departments to
ensure efficiency and productivity in regard to inventory levels and product training.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fire arms and fire arms accessories required
- Interest or knowledge of airsoft guns a plus

Job Description:
Handle customer service for customers on a daily basis. Help customers place orders and check on status of orders via phone or email.
Job Duties:
Performs any combination of following and similar clerical tasks: prints orders, prints shipping labels. Proofreads records or forms. Verifies credit card processing or completion of orders. Responds to customers emails regarding processing of order. Sorts and files records. Receives money from customers and deposits money in bank. Addresses envelopes or packages by hand or with word processor. Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands. Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail. Stamps or numbers forms by hand or machine. Job Description:
Supervise warehouse staff, warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, equipment, and equipment
Job Duties:
Plan and direct the inventory and stock control. Maintain the inventory of supplies and coordinate the replacement and ordering of such. Complete low stock report forms. Work with buyers to maintain inventory.Work closely with the office to carry out warehouse responsibilities and tasks. Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.Evaluate complaints received on equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.Interview all prospective warehouse employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed there.Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel to attain specific goals and measurable results.Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed.
