The Colt M4 RIS utilizes the GHK Gas Blowback System as the shooting engine. It is equipped with a nylon fiber receiver to reduce the overall weight of the rifle, and uses a high grade aluminum tactical rail for installation of optional accessories. This rifle system can be interchanged with the King Arms M4 gearbox (not included) so that user can switch between operation platforms within the same rifle.
