Overall the gun has a solid feel and balanced weight, much like the real thing. The single-piece grip is rather comfortable and is textured on the front and back to ensure a firm grasp. The gun does ship with an orange plastic tip, which can be removed to reveal a threaded barrel for supporting a silencer. The 39-round magazine has a metal exterior and carries a substantial weight that adds to the overall feel and balance. At the bottom of the mag is a threaded hole to support the interchangeable CO2 input valves.
This is a gas gun, which means it's powered by gas and doesn't need to be cocked every time. It's fast, clean, inexpensive and easily maintained; it does not require batteries to operate.
