The Classic Army Sportline M15 A4 is your standard issue M4. It features a 14.5 inch barrel and a multi-position retractable stock. The carry handle comes in an integrated rear peep sight. It can also be removed for mounting optics or other sights as well. Since Classic Army does have licensing privileges, each receiver is stamped with an authentic Armalite Trademark. This model is made with an ABS body for affordability, while still maintaining superior durability.

The initial Sportline model is the M15A4 Carbine AEG (Airsoft Electric Gun). Feature-rich, the Sportline M15A4 Carbine AEG comes with a 300-round high capacity magazine, five position collapsing stock, detachable carry handle, side sling mount, and adjustable front (elevation) and rear (elevation + windage) sights.
The charging handle and ejection port cover are fully functional: pulling the handle back opens the ejection port cover. The Sportline is fully compatible with all Classic Army parts and accessories including rail systems, handguard sets, and metal receivers.
The Sportline M15A4 AEG features metal receivers bearing the familiar Armalite logo molded into the lower receivers. Despite the plastic receivers, the gun weighs in at 5.15 pounds empty versus the metal version's 5.65 pounds. The Sportline features a metal buffer tube and one piece outer metal barrel to eliminate barrel wobble. The upper and lower receivers fit together snugly and are designed for quick fieldstrip simply by removing the front lower receiver locking pin which allows the upper receiver to slide forward off the lower receiver.
The internals of the airsoft gun shows the highest quality craftsmanship from Classic Army for such a low priced AEG. A one piece hop-up unit is used to ensure consistent and reliable feeding as well as trajectory, and newly designed motor comes standard in the Sportline guns with a high rate of fire. The entire gearbox has been re-engineered from the ground up, utilizing brand new molds for all of the components. This results in a tighter fitting, better performing AEG.
The Sportline Carbine AEG shoots amazingly well. Classic Army have comprehensively torture tested numerous samples for literally tens of thousands of shots each using a wide array of BB brands. The Sportline series performed flawlessly. The samples tested averaged 325 fps with 0.20g Toytec BBs. BBs sailed straight for 160 feet, a pleasant surprise to us as we expected an effective range of only about 120 feet or so. Without a doubt, Classic Army has produced a winner with the Sportline M15A4 Carbine AEG. The appearance of the airsoft rifle and the internal reliability makes this one highly desirable gun.
