The XM8 by SRC is the first of its design to be manufactured with a metal gearbox. This replica mimics the experimental rifle originally considered as a replacement to the current M16. The controls are completely ambidextrous and it is designed to accept G36 magazines. It includes a magnifying adjustable scope and two high capacity magazines.
