First and foremost, this is one of the first AEG's in the industry to incorporate an electric blowback function in an airsoft rifle. Every cycle of the airsoft gun results in a blow back of the charging handle. This is for ultimate realism! No other model on the market currently performs this.
L85A1's Bullpup styled rifle has a metal one-piece outer barrel that is complimented by the realistic looking impact resistance ABS plastic/nylon foregrip cover, pistol grip, cheek rest and stock cover. The rifle also replicate the real steel's blowback action when the trigger is pulled. The 450-round hi-cap ensure longer duration on the battlefield.
Battery requirements are rather unique. A large 8.4 V 1800 mAH SubC airsoft battery pack can fit, however, the last cell (seventh Sub-C cell) must be attached via a 1" wire. This makes the battery a completely custom battery only specific to this model. In lieu of this, we suggest using a small (2/3A) airsoft battery pack with a large to small adapter. This is probably more practical for most airsofters allowing them to effectively use many variations of batteries.
