GR16 R5 receivers are built from magnesium along with steel outer barrel and flash hider. The impact resistance ABS plastic/nylon stock accepts most large type batteries. Hop up adjustment can be revealed by the functional charging handle. QD rear sight can be removed for mounting optional optics for fast target acquisition.
