The Double Eagle Tactical AK47 RIS is based off of more modern AK47s that are being used by smaller militaries and private military companies. The AK utilizes a more tactical looking, side-folding, full metal stock that locks on to the right side of the gun. The body of the AEG features a lower receiver made out of ABS plastic with a metal receiver top cover making the gun very lightweight. Unlike most AK47s that come with wood or imitation wood hand guards, Double Eagle changed them out for a plastic hand guard with metal picatinny rails. Ideal for airsoft players who want to add attachments to their gun – such as the foldable vertical that is included in the box. The pistol grip on the Tactical AK has finger grooves to make it easier and more comfortable to hold.
